I still have to wrap my brain around this idea. Environmentally this appears to have exciting eco-friendly applications. I wonder what the economic realities of implement a process like this might be. Will corporate farms gain yet another upper hand in being able to afford/implement the use of Precision Farming and this "agricultural printing" that a family owned farm may not have the time, training, or finances to use? Or can this technology be made relatively user friendly and affordable? Intrigued to learn more.
